A L Arun Kumar aged 47 years is the Promoter, Chairman and Managing Director of our Company. He has been associated with the Company, since 2014. He holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering from Dr. Ambedkar Institute Of Technology (2000). He has over 21 years of experience in Brewery industry. He was Assistant Manager, Business Development for Brewery business of Praj Industries Limited from April 2003 to October 2009. Later he was appointed as Director of our Company in 2014. He is also a Promoter and Director of Lumiere Technologies Private Limited since July 2011 and Spectraa Technology Solutions Pte. Ltd., subsidiary of our Company, since April 2021. He is responsible for the overall management, operations and strategic direction of our Company. His responsibilities include overseeing business development, project execution and customer relationships and he is involved in key decision-making in relation to the growth and expansion of our Company.

Sailaja Arun Kumar aged 44 years is the Promoter and Non-Executive Director of our Company She has been associated with the Company since its incorporation in 2009. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Microbiology from PSG College of Art and Science, Coimbatore (2002) and a Master of Science degree in Biotechnology from University of Madras (2004). She is also a Promoter and Director of Lumiere Technologies Private Limited.
